HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO GET A TATTOO?You must be 18 years old or older. In VA, you can be 16-17 years old but you must have parental consent and your parent will need to be present at the appointment.

WILL IT HURT?Yes. It is a needle drawing on your skin. Sorry, but it is. But it is bearable pain that lasts a moment for a lifetime of beauty. It can be very therapeutic.
